I submit that Coop believes he has found all the meaning he is looking for in those numbers, and itРІР‚в„ўs just a matter of simple arithmetic to prove that. Then, he finds LauraРІР‚в„ўs street address in Odessa (1516), and then he stares at the electric utility pole. To do so, he and Diane (Laura Dern) follow the numbers. Coop had saved LauraРІР‚в„ўs life in the previous episode (recall the erasing of her body on the beach, after BOB was destroyed) which leads him to find her in the present.
